Hemp Healthy is a CBD company with its roots in medical marijuana and is partly owned by Digital Elevator client THC Physicians. Many patients in Florida who find relief in medical marijuana also find relief in CBD products, which don’t require a doctor’s recommendation.
While many companies in the space cater to the recreational marijauna user, Hemp Healthy wanted to create more of a medical feel to their website and brand. Digital Elevator was brought in for the full scope of services related to branding and website development.
The Hemp Healthy site was intended to be jam-packed full of resources for both consumers and the medical community. Rather than build the site on rigid CMS platforms like Shopify or SquareSpace, the client wanted a much more customizable site that emulated some of the top ecommerce sites on the web.
The challenge presented was to create a medical-feeling site for a product that was heavily associated with marijuana, while providing an exceptional user experience, high quality custom graphics and iconography, and a seamless checkout system. This also had to be coupled with a CRM (Keap), email automation for leads and customers, and significant trust factors that are often hard to attain for new brands.
