Solutions
Our approach began with a strategic, product-led SEO methodology. We conducted early-stage keyword research and optimizations for commercial-intent keywords, which defined the pages and site structure needed to capture valuable organic traffic. This data-driven foundation directly informed the subsequent UX/UI overhaul.
With the SEO blueprint in place, we executed a comprehensive redesign of the site’s user flow based on our proprietary 500-point eCommerce checklist. The project focused on redesigning the core user journey across the homepage, category pages, and individual product pages identified during the research phase. Key implementations included introducing SEO-friendly sidebars for easier navigation, updating the main navigation for both UX and SEO benefits, and refreshing product imagery with new, vibrant call-to-action (CTA) button colors.
To improve the presentation of detailed information, we integrated a tab design for long product descriptions and added new sections for product recommendations and recently viewed items, in addition to a complete footer refresh. We also created a user-friendly resource hub and a custom blog layout to support the new content marketing strategy. These foundational updates are set to be enhanced with strategic link building and continued Google Ads management to accelerate growth.
Results
While still in the early stages, the results of the UX/UI overhaul have been immediate and impactful. The client saw a 2x increase in sales from their PPC campaigns, indicating the new design is significantly more effective at converting traffic. Furthermore, there has been an overwhelming jump in product and category keyword rankings, an outcome strongly correlated with the new, SEO-friendly user experience. These early wins have created a strong baseline for future growth.
