Alltek Services is an MSP serving the Lakeland, FL and surrounding area with a large assortment of custom managed IT services. For over 20 years the company has been offering IT support with cloud services, VoIP business telephones, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and more.
When Alltek was initially engaged in conversations, they had a decent SEO foundation but were not reaching their lead generation and rankings goals. They had an extremely dated website that was difficult to navigate, suffered from poor UX and UI, and lacked solid on-page optimizations.
To boot, Alltek was in a very competitive area with MSPs from nearby Tampa, FL eating into their local market share. They needed better rankings, a website that converts leads better, and a responsive website design team that could allow them to make site updates efficiently.
Alltek had an internal marketing team that was always pushing for new ideas, strategies, and expertise to help them win. We started the project with a new WordPress website build and made a cleaner, more SEO-friendly navigation, site structure, and on-page as top priorities. We broke down the service offerings page-by-page and optimized them for local search, quickly benefitting in rankings and traffic boosts to these money-making pages.
Once the service and static pages were built-out and optimized, we went on to more advanced content marketing strategies. We reversed engineered competitors’ best-performing content and utilized the Skyscraper technique to build better content and then promoted it. We also built custom MSP tools that serve as great interfaces for prospects but also make for incredible link building assets.
In addition to the above, we follow Google Business Profile best-practices to ensure top local rankings and have evolved our services to go after regional areas to expand rankings.
