Palm Beach Garage is a high-end, luxury auto repair facility located in West Palm Beach, FL. They provide a number of automotive services including maintenance, repair, and restoration for a large number of brands and have built one of the largest automotive storage services in the area.
The Challenge
Digital Elevator owner Daniel Lofaso met the owner of Palm Beach Garage when he needed help restoring his classic Land Rover Defender. The two became friends and embarked on a professional relationship that sought to put Palm Beach Garage against the major dealerships in the area, as well as the other local foreign car independent shops.
The current owner had recently purchased the company and had big goals to increase the client base, expand the branding and brand awareness of the company, and create more demand for their storage services.
Solutions
Competing against large dealerships when you are an independent shop can be very difficult as Google tends to trust these brands, they get a lot of press, and their reviews all seem to mention the brand whereas a local shop servicing a large number of brands often does not have the same luxury. With that challenge in mind, we sought out to help build the brand around their white glove service offerings which included free vehicle pickup and delivery, and complimentary car washes.
The project started with a redesign of the website in WordPress as well as a slight refresh of the logo. Palm Beach Garage catered to well-heeled clientele and the owner had a vision to complete this branding that we successfully brought to life with our in-house graphic design team.
Once the website was complete, our efforts shifted to local SEO. We created optimized pages around their storage, maintenance, repair, and restoration service pages with local intent and also went on to build out over 20 car brand pages to go after specific searches (ex. Porsche, Bentley, Rolls, etc.).
From there, we built local links and contextually relevant links to some of the auto brand pages to help boost rankings. We also optimized their Google My Business listing and helped them put a plan in place to increase their overall review average which had suffered from the lacklaster reputation the brand suffered from the previous owners. An additional citation campaign was put in place to help with local SEO rankings but also to potentially drive leads from niche automotive directory sites.
As an ongoing service, we created high volume blogs to drive traffic, generate organic links, and increase the domain rating of the site.

Our efforts have helped to create Palm Beach Garage into the juggernaut local brand that it is today. It now ranks for a range of services related to each car brand and dominates the local car storage space. In fact, since our relationship began, the business has now gone on to house five separate car storage facilities, one of which is a 10,000 SF showroom on premises.
