Ventra Health is a leading revenue cycle management (RCM) company that was a merger of three distinct healthcare billing companies. Their solutions cover over 11,000 providers, 6 million anesthesia cases, and 9 million emergency medicine visits per year.

Challenges

Ventra Health was tasked with the creation of a new brand in a highly competitive space. They wanted to have distinct branding and a web presence that mimicked their corporate image, yet that set them apart from their competitors. Digital Elevator was brought into to help provide guidance, planning, and website design services to help facilitate the new website, the layout of content on the site, and provide artistic direction based on existing graphic design elements from other Ventra vendors. Because Ventra Health did not want to use the typical blues and greens that are normally associated with healthcare websites, Digital Elevator had to work with their bold color schemes (oranges and blacks) while still providing a modern, high speed website that was representative of the brand and different from other RCM websites.

Solutions

Because Digital Elevator was working alongside other vendors who were supplying graphic design elements, we had to provide expertise surrounding website aesthetics that emulated, for example, conference displays or printed materials. 

To satisfy the goals and varying opinions of a leadership team, Digital Elevator supplied multiple iterations of homepage and internal page mockups so that we could collaborate on what would ultimately be the best foot forward for the brand. 

In addition to addressing the needs of a highly sensitive digital presence, we provided consulting on content, connected CRMs and existing career software, and developed an in-depth website merger strategy around the blending of three distinct websites based on existing traffic and rankings.

The creation of a new brand, merger of three companies, and a strict timeframe was seamlessly navigated by Digital Elevator for the creation of our new website. They were extremely patient with our team, consistently available (even on the weekends), and flexible with a project that required a high degree of variability on a weekly basis.
