How can I use my maintenance hours?

You can use your maintenance hours for content, image, and functionality updates. Our packages are structured to give you virtually unlimited flexibility to use your maintenance hours however and whenever you see fit.

What is an account credit?

1 account credit is the equivalent of 1 hour of development time. You can use your credits however you please, whenever you please. We will keep records of your credit usage so you'll know how many you have left.

What is NOT included?

Website redesign, re-alignment or re-development; Search engine optimization services; Content marketing services; CMS design or integration including but not limited to blogs, shopping carts and web forums; Creation of art or animation; Non-CMS (ex. non-WordPress) website updates; Custom applications

How are account credits used?

1 credit = 1 hour* (credits billed at 30 minute increments)

What turnaround times can I expect?

Most requests can be turned around within 5 business days. *For any requests that require 48 business hour turnaround, a 2-credit minimum per hour shall be applied based on the following: The requests don’t require additional clarifications or communication between Digital Elevator and the Client.; The requests are under 2 hours of total estimated development time. In the case of larger projects, a 48-hour turnaround may not be possible; Eastern Time Zone is assumed; Requests are made 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday‌

Can I change my maintenance plan down the road?

Yes. If you have an awesome growing website, you can make the switch at any time and upgrade to a larger package.
